Projectionist, archivist, writer

*** UNDER CONSTRUCTION ***

Hello! My name is Tim Yim-Stueve. Welcome to my website. I currently work as a film projectionist and preservationist in Los Angeles, California, though I am originally from Bend, Oregon. My passion is writing, both fiction and non-fiction. I'm currently editing a novel, working title "A Work of Mad Discord", and I have had many short stories and essays published in the Kierkegaardian literary journal, The Void. You can also find my writing on my Substack, and plenty of videos about film history on my YouTube page, "Deep Fried Literature". If you're interested in film projection, you can read about it here, where you'll find information, as well as a database of changeover cues (the first of its kind, maybe?). I hope you have fun poking around, and if you have any questions you can always contact me at: timothystueve dot gmail dot com
